SEDGEFIELD NEWS - The Living Cornerstone in Sedgefield hosted its first annual potjiekos competition this past Sunday, attracting strong community support as local teams competed for fundraising purposes.
The event was initiated by Ben Theunissen and Jannie Smit in partnership with The Living Cornerstone and the Sedgefield Business Golf League, with support from Manie Heunis and Tjaart van Aswegen on the organising committee.
Local businesses contributed prizes, helping ensure a well-supported community event. Ideal weather set the scene for a lively cook-off, with participants serving traditional potjiekos dishes over open fires.
