PLETTENBERG BAY NEWS - In a bid to boost youth development, Bitou Municipality has called upon locals to apply for its bursary programme.
This year the qualifying courses include internal auditing with the focus on forensic investigation, engineering – both civil and electrical – artisans including electricians, plumbers, carpenters and bricklayers, as well as building inspectors – both engineer or building inspection technology.
To apply for a bursary, applicants have to have studied or have to be currently studying at schools in Plett.
Applicants must fill out the application form, providing a detailed CV, certified copies of the latest Grade 12 results, a certified copy of identification, as well as an affidavit of parents' combined income.
