KNYSNA NEWS - Sabrina Love, in partnership with Hearing the Call, recently made a significant donation of hearing aids to the Vermont Old Age Centre in Knysna, along with several other old age homes in Knysna and Plettenberg Bay.
This charitable initiative took place from 12 to 15 September with the objective of assisting in the identification and treatment of hearing loss and improving the accessibility of these vital services.
The collaboration between the two organisations reflects their shared vision for the future. Both aspire to continue working closely with local partners to further develop hearing services and provide additional aid where it is needed the most.
The donation of hearing aids to the old age homes demonstrated their commitment to addressing the needs of the elderly.
The team from Hearing the Call and Sabrina Love joined forces to bring hearing healthcare support to old age homes in Knysna and Plett.
"By enhancing access to hearing healthcare, they are not only improving the quality of life for the residents but also promoting inclusivity and dignity." says Nimet Adam, development director of Hearing the Call.
Sabrina Love and Hearing the Call are dedicated to expanding their efforts in collaboration with local partners.
