KNYSNA NEWS - The search for a fisherman who fell into the surf yesterday continues today, as swells of two to three metres are being reported.
He has been identified as a 38-year-old Knysna resident, and according to the NSRI, he was fishing with a friend when he slipped on rocks and fell into the surf near Noetzie Beach.
The incident occurred at around 17:00 yesterday.
The search was halted overnight and continued at first light this morning.
Rescuers are still at sea.
