KNYSNA NEWS - Knysna Primary School (KPS) presented its Showcase of Talent on Monday to Thursday 3 to 6 September to outside audiences.
This variety show was correctly advertised as "not to be missed", with singing performances confidently presented by the young learners who were dressed admirably for such an occasion. Other performances included dance, ballet, short play recitals, and rap. Many movements were intricate to perform but successfully completed.
The junior choir, conducted by Carla Janse van Rensburg, with Dee Olivier on piano, mesmerised the audience.
Teachers also played their part performing, and the male segment had the audience in hysterics on occasions. The superb voice and guitar playing of William Ferreira and Richard Campbell on piano never disappointed.

The fabulous highlight of the show was the obvious ability of teachers and learners to share their talents with respect, reciting in clear diction, and – a great feature of Knysna Primary – with smiles all around.
Congratulations are in order to all who participated, including extensive backstage work.
