1.Notice
We, the founders of Pro-Poor Political Movement (PPM) hereby give notice of our intention to apply for registration of PPM as a political party in terms of Section 15 of the electoral commission Act 1996.

2 Objectives and mission
The objectives of PPM are:

To advocate for and protect the rights, dignity and interest of the marginalized, vulnerable and poorest of poor members of communities
To ensure to basic services; housing, clean water, sanitation and free access to economic opportunities that we believe are limited to the few and the privileged.
To fight poverty, unemployment and inequality through pro- poor policies and community driven development
To promote clean, accountable and transparent governance in all spheres of government.

3 Mission

Our mission Is to place the poorest of poor at the center of decision making.

PPM will work to build a municipality that delivers services without discrimination, that accounts to the people and that creates real opportunities for those left behind by the current system.

We will mobilise communities to participate actively in shaping their future.

Expose and eliminate corruption within our local government
