Auld, whose successful music and songwriting career spans decades, shared the stage with his brother-in-law, Nagel. The family connection did not end there as Nagel is married to Robert Frost's mother Maggie.
The incredible bond between the three men was shared by Auld's long-time friend and Wilderness resident, Oldfield. Sweetman's drumming skills shone brightly as the four musician jammed to their heart's content.
When the three-hour music feast came to an end, the audience stood to attention as one, whistling, cheering and demanding an encore from these great musicians who happily took to the stage once again and gave the crowd what they hoped they would, more brilliant blues.
