For the cyclists it's a few more metres climbing, but the organisers assure that it will be worth it.
When cyclists reach the race village they'll find a range of food stalls, a beer tent, awesome lucky dip prizes and a festive atmosphere.
Route choices are:
- 85km MTB marathon (R200): The full Petrus se Brand traverse through to Ysternek and a challenging descent through Buffalo Hills Game Reserve.
- 55km half marathon (R175): A more relaxed ride to do with mates - the famous Petrus se Brand single track and interesting descent through Protea Wilds.
- 20km fun ride (R95): A pleasant meander around Goose Valley and the Keurbooms Caravan Park, ending on Central Beach with all the other routes.
