KNYSNA NEWS - The replacement and rehabilitation of existing water network phase 2 is underway and some streets in Knysna will be affected by a disruption in water supply between 08:00 to 16:00 on Wednesday, 17 February 2021.
According to a municipal notice, a portion of Rio Street, affecting Epilepsy Centre, top portion of League Street ending at Hill Street and Bond Street will be affected.
A water cart will be roaming the areas to provide the affected residents and businesses with water.

“We ask for patience during this period, for emergencies please contact the water department on 044 302 6300,” read the notice.
Knysna Municipality has switched off water in the upper area of the town due to a broken pipe today (Tuesday).
According to the municipality, municipal workers are busy trying to fix the broken pipe and water will be restored as soon as the pipe is fixed.
