PLETTENBERG BAY NEWS - These "PAWS" are made for walking, and that's just what they'll do come Saturday 24 August.
Dog owners and their four-legged friends have been invited to join the Plettenberg Bay Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) Charity Walk at the Bitou Rugby field in Griz Nez Avenue at 1330.
Organisers promise it will be a fun-filled afternoon of walking, prizes, "fantastic company" and support for a worthy cause.
Those interested can choose between a 3km and a 5km loop. Entry is R50 per dog and proceeds will go towards PAWS.
Participants are urged to meet at the entrance of the rugby field at 1330 for registration. For more information contact Marianne Wardle on 082 414 8425.
