KNYSNA NEWS - Oakhill College hosted their annual Oakhill College Celebration of Excellence awards event for top achievers and award-winners at the Oakhill Sports Campus.

Over 500 guests attended the event. The students were recognised and commended for their excellence, character and determination across all spheres of school life - academic, service, culture and sport.

Luke Gebhard, the Oakhill College Dux Scholar, amongst other sporting and cultural achievements, was also awarded the Paul van Niekerk award - ''the most prestigious award at Oakhill, awarded to a student, who 'generally, over a length of time has represented everything that Oakhill stands for'."

2024 Matric Valedictory Dinner

At the pinnacle of their journey at Oakhill College, the Matrics share a very special evening with their parents and teachers at their final Valedictory Dinner. This year, the Oakhill 2024 Valedictory Dinner was hosted at the Butterfly Blu restaurant, in Brenton-on-Sea.

This exceptional event marks the end of the Oakhill Matrics' school careers, with a formal dinner where teachers get to bid a fond farewell with personalised speeches about each Matric.

This joyous and special event was one of reflection and celebration, while sharing special memories and wishing the Matrics well for their futures!
