Hot, uncomfortable weather expected on Wednesday

GARDEN ROUTE | KAROO NEWS - Very hot and uncomfortable conditions are expected over the interior of Namakwa in the Northern Cape, West Coast and Central Karoo districts, including Breede Valley and Oudtshoorn municipalities tomorrow, Wednesday 12 November.

Day time temperatures are expected to reach the mid to high 30s.

These conditions may persist over the West Coast until Friday, but updates will be issued accordingly.

Fine in the western interior, otherwise partly cloudy and warm to hot with isolated showers and thundershowers in the east.

Western Cape
Morning fog patches along the west coast as well as the south coast where it will be partly cloudy and cool, otherwise fine and warm to hot but very hot in places. The wind along the coast will be light and variable along the south coast becoming moderate south-westerly to westerly from the afternoon, otherwise moderate to fresh south-easterly to southerly.

Morning fog patches in places over the interior, otherwise fine and warm to hot. The wind along the coast will be moderate south-westerly, becoming fresh to strong.

Eastern half of the Eastern Cape
Morning fog patches in places over the interior, otherwise fine and warm to hot, becoming partly cloudy with isolated thundershowers in the extreme eastern interior. The wind along the coast will be moderate south-westerly.
