Traffic officers out in full force
Provincial traffic officers started a lock-down operation with regards to learner transport.

WESTERN CAPE NEWS - Provincial traffic officers across the Western Cape started a lock-down operation with regards to learner transport this morning.

Traffic Chief, Kenny Africa, says they are out in full force and will have a no-nonsense approach when it comes to anyone overloading taxis and buses transporting school children.

Africa says they will make sure that drivers across the province don’t transport school children using unworthy vehicles.
