Obama to feature in a song on Coldplay's new album

INTERNATIONAL NEWS - One of Coldplay’s songs from their new album, A Head Full of Dreams, is set to feature a clip of the US President Barack Obama singing Amazing Grace.

Obama sang the classical hymn while delivering the eulogy for Charleston church shooting victim Reverend Clementa Pinckney.

Pinckney was one of the victims shot and killed by 21-year-old Dylann Roof in June.

Intentional media suggest the band received permission from the president and that the White House has no problem with the clip being used.

Obama will make his debut to the music industry when A Head Full of Dreams is released on 4 December.
