KNYSNA NEWS - The Sedgefield PnP Eagle Stars RFC are gearing up for a thrilling new season, and the team are poised to make a significant impact in the league.
With pre-season training in full swing, the club are preparing to disrupt the competition, and reach new heights.

According to one of the members of the club, their players have been working tirelessly through intense training sessions, fine-tuning their skills, building strength, and fostering team cohesion under the expert guidance of rugby director Cliff Solomons.
"His wealth of experience has been crucial in shaping the team's direction and strategy for the upcoming season," the club member said.

"Head coach Richard Voorslag, along with coach Jonathan Coetzee, has been ensuring that the players are in peak physical condition and ready to give their all on the field.
"One of the key factors behind the team's promising outlook for next season is a new partnership with Sedge Gym, whose state-of-the-art facilities the players have been utilising during their pre-season preparations."
