NATIONAL NEWS - The Western Cape High Court will today hear argument on whether the defence's experts will testify before or after family axe murder accused Henri van Breda.
The 22-year old's legal team has asked the court to allow them to call three expert witnesses before the accused testifies.
Van Breda has been on trial for more than a month for the murders of his parents and older brother, and the attempted murder of his younger sister.
Advocate Pieter Botha, who's representing the triple murder accused, is expected to make further argument as to why the defence's experts should testify before the accused.
The State has argued against this, saying Van Breda could change his version of events after hearing the testimony.
