PLETTENBERG BAY NEWS - On Saturday 4 November, the cancer awareness organisation Wings of Hope held a motivational event at the Bicycle Shed Community Hall in Plettenberg Bay.
Led by three cancer survivors, Noxolo Nyawuza, Nandisa Sonqai, and Ntombekhaya Mahafu, the organisation aims to spread the message of empowerment among individuals who have battled cancer.
The event brought together cancer survivors from Knysna and Plettenberg Bay, who were encouraged by the motivational talk that focused on the significance of self-love and starting over after completing the challenging radiation journey.
The Wings of Hope cancer talk was lively, with attendees getting to their feet in celebration of beating the cancer stigma.
