3 Vehicles stolen in 2 weeks

KNYSNA NEWS - The Knysna police are urging the public to come forward with any information that could assist with the investigation into vehicles stolen in Knysna.
Three vehicles have been stolen in the Knysna policing precinct since the beginning of March. Perpetrators targeted vehicles that were parked outside premises.
The owner parked his vehicle, a green Toyota Conquest, outside his residence at Ngalo Street, Khayalethu, Knysna on March 3 at about 02:00. He later discovered that the vehicle was stolen. This vehicle was found abandoned in the area with some items removed from it.
Knysna Heights
The complainant parked the vehicle, a red Mazda 1992 model with registration number CX51316, in the parking area outside the premises at Roos Bolton Street, Knysna Heights on March 9 at 18:00. When he woke up the following morning he discovered the vehicle was missing.
Buffalo Bay
The vehicle, a white Isuzu bakkie with registration number BDF387EC, was parked in the yard outside the house at Grysbok Street, Buffalo Bay on March 9 at about 19:00. He discovered that the vehicle was stolen when he woke up the following morning.
No arrests have been made yet. Investigation into these cases continues.
These investigations are being conducted by the vehicle identification section (VIS) based in George. Anyone with information may contact the investigation officer, Sergeant Sipho April, at 044-802-4909.
