KNYSNA NEWS - This is your chance to experience platinum-selling singer songwriter Arno Carstens, responsible for one of SA's best-known songs Another Universe, in person at Red Bridge Brewery in Knysna on Sunday 24 March at 15:00.
Arno has released multiple albums with a string of successful singles and awards, he’s toured with INXS, U2 and the Rolling Stones and performed internationally at Glastonbury, Hard Rock Calling & VFestival.
He has been called “the godfather of SA rock” by Mail & Guardian, and Sunday Times has hailed him “one of the most prolific songwriters and performers of our time”.
His performance will include hits from his career as frontman of cult rock band Springbok Nude Girls, many of the beloved and most celebrated songs from his career as an English solo artist and some popular cover tracks. Arno performs a bilingual set which includes tracks from his Afrikaans album Die Aandblom 13.
