GARDEN ROUTE NEWS FLASH - The 37-year-old Garden Route karate sensei allegedly involved in creating child pornography briefly appeared in the George Regional Court on Friday, 27 February.

The matter was postponed to 30 March for further investigation.

The man was arrested on August 1 last year after a tip-off from public.

During a police search of his premises, the George Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences unit (FCS) confiscated the man’s laptop and desktop computer to analyse it for pornographic material.
Police found a video clip constituting child pornography.

The man, who cannot be named, is currently out on R5 000 bail.
