Knysna parkrun turns 1
A new friendly way to promote health and fitness came to the people of Knysna a whole year ago and was celebrated with some 148 runners/walkers enjoying the first birthday of the Knysna parkrun on Saturday, January 30 – despite the heat. After the event they were all treated to specially made cupcakes and fruit juice. The fruit juice been sponsored by Food Lovers Market in Knysna. parkrun organises free, weekly 5km runs around the world.
