Knysna by-election
Knysna residents started voting for two new Knysna councillors at 07:00 this morning. The DA seats in Wards 9 and 10 where declared vacant when Councillors Richard Dawson (Ward 10) and Michelle Wasserman (Ward 9) resigned with effect from May 31. Four political parties named six candidates to fight for the two seats.
