Of the just more than 68 500 Knysna residents, 14,6% were arrested last year for dagga-related crimes. These are the figures shared by Jo van Rooyen, legal administration official of Fields of Green for All, at a Cannabis Awareness Day at Judah Square on Saturday, March 21.
