Giant seahorse unveiled
Despite the cold weather, art lovers and environmentally conscious folk showed up at the Turbine Hotel to last night, Thursday, October 16, to applaud artist Charl Frank and to view the seahorse which took him seven days to sculpt underwater in the Turbine Hotel’s pool to great amusement of the guests.
