Nearly a hundred young runners from local schools in Knysna took part in the Knysna Marathon Club’s Talent Scout Cross-Country Run on November 28. The event, which took place at the Knysna High School Sports Field, was held to scout for new talent for the club's development team. For many of the young runners, aged 7-15, it was their first time taking part in a cross-country event. Some found the course tough but once they had crossed the finish line their wide smiles showed they were proud of their achievement.
