Knysna
For the past five years, Stella Sohn and Cheryl Liepner, with the help of a handful of other volunteers including Sohn’s son James, have been running a feeding scheme for the homeless people of Knysna in Market Street every Thursday at 13:00, behind the municipal buildings. Over the years Sohn and Liepner have run into some problems, not only with finding volunteers to help but with the area they use to run the feeding scheme. They approached the Knysna-Plett Herald (KPH) for assistance in getting the word out.
