On Tuesday, September 6, the Knysna-Plett Herald received a call from Brett Staegemann, who is working on a building in Coney Glen, Knysna Heads. He said raw sewerage was flowing like a river containing human excrement, sanitary pads, condoms and toilet paper from one of the holiday houses in the neighbourhood.
