KNYSNA NEWSFLASH - Despite the heavy rain last night, Wednesday August 16, stones were thrown onto the N2 and tyres burnt near Nekkies.
According to Knysna police spokesperson, Chris Spies, preliminary reports confirm this happened at about 19:00, but the reasons for this are not known at this point.
A Knysna resident who travels from Harkerville to work in town, said she saw the remnants of tyres on the side of the road this morning.
